The Experience: A little more detail:

Elf Encounter and potion making

Your family comes across a curious-looking Elf who takes you to the Wanderwoods; a magical forest growing indoors

You travel to the apothecary where you help the Gate Keeper Elf make a potion that opens the portal to the North Pole.

Toy Workshop and Dormitory

Will you help the Elves make a toy so that they might make all the toys in time for Christmas? All that work makes an Elf tired, so you head off to the Dormitory for a rest where you bump into ‘Poppyplum’ the Sugar Plum Fairy. She loves to dance and sing and so you join in.

Woodcutter campfire

Then, Poppyplum thinks she spotted the infamous Woodcutter, so you take a nosey to see if he’s there. Sure enough, he’s in the forest, and he generously invites you to roast marshmallows around his campfire.

Father Christmas

It is looking snowy ahead.

You see a log cabin. The excitement builds as the children anticipate who might be inside!

You all bustle into the cabin to see him sitting right there, Father Christmas!

He talks to each child; your child’s eyes light up because he knows their name and their favourite things. They find out that they’re on the good list.

Elven Village

As you peer out of Father Christmas' cabin, it starts to snow!

The elves have been busy making some secret Elven passageways and ‘Bouncer’ the elf is ecstatic to show the children (and the more excitable adults). A warm cup of mulled wine (non-alcoholic) awaits the adults.

The Great Elven Hall

Then you enter the wonderous Great Hall, with our magical Christmas Tree centre stage.

Everyone will receive our infamous Artisan Neapolitan pizza (or pancakes up to 9.30am start time), cake, and hot and cold drinks (all included in the ticket price).

Children can burn off any energy they have left in our soft play during their time in the Great Hall.

Honorary Elf Ceremony

Wow, what a day full of Christmas magic! But wait, it's not over quite yet. When it is your time the elves will gather your group for the Children to be presented with their honorary elf certificates. Now you are honorary elves, you will all be able to move through the invisible veil back to the human world. The elves will wish you a safe journey home and a Very Merry Christmas!
