Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Wanderwoods and yourself.

No contract exists between you and Wanderwoods for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full.  Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.

1. I understand that:

1.1 Supervising the children I bring to WanderWoods is my responsibility at all times.

1.2 WanderWoods play offers challenge and adventure; as in life, all risk of injury cannot be eliminated.

1.3. By choosing to play, we agree to play at our own risk, and accept that no responsibility for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property rests with WanderWoods or its staff. 

1.4. Adult guests must ensure that they and the children they bring to WanderWoods, remove their shoes when accessing the soft play structure and must ensure that shoes are worn in all other areas of the venue, including the outside play area.

1.5. WanderWoods reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the venue for any reason including behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance, or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of Wanderwoods or their representatives.

2.SKATING SPECIFIC 

2.1. WanderWoods recommends the use of personal protective equipment during skating activities

2. Wearing protective equipment and wrist guards will greatly reduce the chance of injury due to a fall.

2.3. Safety equipment is available to hire on-site. It is your responsibility by ticking you have read our terms and conditions, to request to hire this equipment.

2.4 WanderWoods accepts no responsibility for injury caused by a fall/collision which would have otherwise not occurred if protective equipment had been worn.

2.5 Persons using their own skates and equipment are responsible for the maintenance of such.

2.6 People skating at this venue do so entirely at their own risk, and WanderWoods cannot be held responsible for any accidents caused by in-house structures, objects, or by actions of other skaters.

2.7 I agree to use my shoes as a deposit for hiring skates. If I do not return hired skates, I agree that my shoes will be held until such time as I have reimbursed WanderWoods for the missing skates. Missing skates will be charged at £50.

PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND SKATING

We highly recommend that you do not take part in skating activity if you suffer from high blood pressure, heart, back, or neck problems, brittle bones, joint injuries or any other condition that could be aggravated by this activity, or if you are, or suspect you might be pregnant. 

3. MINI- GOLF SPECIFIC 

3.1 Players under 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by a full-paying adult over 21 when accessing the mini-fold area.

3.2 The course contains slopes, humps, uneven surfaces, real trees and other obstacles. Players must exercise caution at all times.

3.3 To avoid serious eye and other injuries, players must not raise the club to head height or use excessive swinging motion.

3.4 Players must not use excessive force to hit golf balls.

3.5 Players must not climb on the scenery, fixtures or props.

3.6 Maximum of 4 players per group.

3.7 Players must allow players ahead of them to exit the hole before commencing their shot.

3.8 Players must report any maintenance issues to staff.

3.9 WanderWoods reserves the right to immediately end a session and remove any player for unruly behaviour – no refunds will be given.  

 

4. KARTING SPECIFIC 

4.1 Motorsport can be dangerous. Despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can happen. In respect of these, you are present (bring your children) at your own risk.

4.2 All drivers must wear appropriate footwear (i.e no open toe shoes)

4.3. Children must wear neck braces for driving, supplied by WanderWoods 

4.4  I will obey all rules and regulations of drift karting at WanderWoods 

4.5 I will wear a helmet while operating a kart or otherwise while in or around the racetrack

4.6 I will closely observe and follow the instructions of all karting staff at WanderWoods.

4.7 I will keep my hands and feet inside the kart at all times when in the kart.

4.8 I will stay seated in the kart until instructed by a track official to get out of the kart;

4.9 I will arrive promptly for my session. Due to limited availability, we can not guarantee moving you to another session for late arrival and can not provide any refunds for karting tickets.

5. WATER FIGHT SPECIFIC

5.1 Children must be supervised by an adult either by joining the water fight or spectatoring 

5.2 All participants must follow the rules of the game. Anyone not following the rules will be removed from play. No refunds can be given in this instance.

5.3 Participants must not run at any time in or around the game area.

5.4 All participants must wear the safely googles and ear protectors provided.

5.5 Participants MUST not squirt water in anyone's eyes or ears. All shots must be aimed at the body NOT the head. 

5.6 The organizers can not be held responsible for any injury sustained by participation in the water fight. Participants agree to play at their own risk and to abide by the rules of the game. 

PRICES 

The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on Wanderwoods’s website only on the ticketing section at the time you place your order.  Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.  We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.

ONLINE SECURITY 

To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit / debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

Wanderwoods’s total liability for in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Wanderwoods will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, government restrictions, staff shortages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

SEVERANCE 

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

REFUNDS & CACELLATIONS 

Tickets will only be exchanged or refunded if Wanderwoods, it its absolute discretion, chooses to do so. For the avoidance of any doubt, pre-booked tickets are non-refundable in the event that admission is cancelled, refused or relinquished for any reason. Any changes/amendments to your booking will incur an administration fee (£1 per person for date changes & ticket changes, £1 per booking for full cancellations). No refund can be given for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before your admission date. 

 

ONLINE BOOKING

Once purchased online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.  We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.

Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.
