1. What is a 'spectator' ticket?
This ticket is required for admission for all adults unless adults are participating in activities (skating or golf). Please note, that spectators will not be able to enter the mini-golf rooms.
2. What is a 'karting' ticket?
Karting tickets are currently only for those ages 6-12 years old. The ticket includes a briefing, suiting up, followed by 10 minutes on the track in our electric drift karts. Also, includes admission to our play areas. Please arrive promptly as we can not refund karting tickets for any reason due to very limited capacity. Upon arrival, you either kart at the beginning of your chosen time slot or 30 minutes in. This will be designated on a first come first preference basis. There is a maximum of 4 children at a time karting.
3. Can I add roller skating and/or golf to a 'karting' ticket?
Yes, please add a karting ticket to your basket and choose the date/time you would like to visit. Once the date/time has been selected a pop-up will appear, giving you the option to add on other activities. Please note, 'karting add on' tickets are only for those with a karting ticket.
4. What is a 'roller skating' ticket?
Roller skating tickets are for anyone (children-adult) wanting to skate. The ticket includes skate hire, skating and admission to our play areas. Skating sessions are 45 minutes and will begin from the start of your chosen time slot. The total admission time is 2 hours (for skating and play). Please note: our skating surface is a bit slower than the norm, so it is absolutely perfect for beginner - intermediate skaters. Any advanced skaters wishing to take in the wizarding atmosphere are more than welcome but may find the skating less challenging.
5. Can I bring my own skates?
Personal skates are allowed, but please note we don't allow the use of inline skates.
6. How old do you have to be to skate?
We don't have a lower age limit for skating, but stock skates from a children's size 6 up to an adult size 12. We recommend adults also skate with children under 5 (or any first-time skaters/unsteady skaters).
7. What is a 'wizard mini golf' ticket?
Wizard mini golf tickets are for anyone wishing to play mini golf (children-adults). There is a maximum of 4 per group and MUST INCLUDE ONE PARTICIPATING ADULT OVER 21. During busy periods you will be asked to book your tee-off time once you arrive. The ticket price includes a round of mini-golf and admission to our play areas. Total admission time is 2-hours (for golf and play). Please note: spectators do not have access to the golfing rooms and only those playing will be able to go in.
8. What is a 'play only' ticket?
Entry into the venue to explore the soft play, outside adventure playground (when open 1st April - 31st October) and open rooms (toddler room and mini arcade). NB: drop slide not included, but can be added on during your visit.) Please note any adults attending with children for play only will require a spectator ticket
9. What is a 'Wizard bundle' ticket?
Enhance the fun by joining us for both roller skating and wizard mini golf! Your skating slot will begin at the arrival time you choose. Skate hire is included. Personal skates are allowed, but please note we do not allow inline skates. Please book a time slot for mini golf upon arrival. Following your activities (or in between) enjoy access to our play areas (included in the ticket price). Total admission time is 2 hours. With all the fun, you may run out of time to eat! No problem, if you have ordered hot food you are welcome to stay longer to enjoy your food. Please note: spectators do not have access to the golfing rooms and only those with a bundle or golf ticket will be able to go in.
